In the event of sudden work force changes, illness or needs, we can react within 45 minutes to 1 hour in most cases! We also have on-site coordinators who oversee time and attendance, intervention and resolution of employee conflicts or concerns, and our on-site coordinators cater to our clients’ Human Resource department’s needs.

The ILM Group takes care of all your bookkeeping. Our laborers are fully insured. (We pay the Workmen's Compensation premium).
